1. Acceptance
By installing, accessing or using OLO Dialer, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. OLO Dialer service
OLO Dialer provides Android dialler and local sales-CRM functions such as contact context, call history, lead tags, notes, stages, reminders, after-call actions, dashboards and access to recording files selected by the user. Feature availability varies by Android version, phone manufacturer, carrier, SIM, permissions, battery restrictions and whether OLO Dialer is selected for an applicable Android role.
OLO Dialer is not a telecom operator, emergency service, caller-name database, credit provider or cloud recording service. Mobile calls and SMS are delivered and billed by your telecom provider under your plan.
3. Eligibility and acceptable use
You are responsible for using OLO Dialer lawfully and only on devices and data you are authorised to manage. You must not use it to harass, deceive, spam, impersonate, unlawfully monitor, invade privacy, bypass device security, or violate telecom, consumer-protection, employment or data-protection law.
You are responsible for the accuracy of lead data, notes and tags you enter; obtaining any consent required for business follow-up; and reviewing prepared messages before sending them.
4. Calls, emergency use and recordings
Do not rely on OLO Dialer as the only way to contact emergency services. Calling availability depends on the device, Android telecom framework, carrier and network. Use the system emergency dialling method if needed.
OLO Dialer does not promise that calls can be recorded. The current app can index compatible files in a folder selected by you; recording itself may be performed by the device's Phone app. You are solely responsible for complying with applicable notice, consent and recording laws before recording, accessing, retaining or sharing a call.
5. Local data and backups
OLO Dialer's CRM data is primarily local. You are responsible for protecting the device and creating encrypted backups. Uninstalling the app, clearing its storage, losing the device, forgetting the backup password or restoring an incompatible/corrupt file can cause permanent data loss. Recording audio is not included in the OLO encrypted CRM backup.
6. Permissions and system roles
Some functions require sensitive Android permissions or roles. You may revoke them, but dependent features may stop working. You must not represent OLO Dialer as providing a feature that your device or permission configuration does not support.
7. Free features, paid features and Google Play
If paid plans or subscriptions are offered, the price, billing period and included features will be shown before purchase. Purchases distributed through Google Play are processed under Google Play's payment and refund rules. Unless required by law or platform policy, OLO India does not directly process or store your full payment-card details.
Future plan availability and features may change prospectively. We will not remove access already required by an active paid entitlement without providing the remedy required by applicable law or platform rules.
8. Intellectual property
OLO Dialer, its interface, branding, website and original software are owned by or licensed to OLO India. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the app for personal or internal business purposes. They do not transfer ownership or permit copying, resale, reverse engineering or unauthorised redistribution except where applicable law expressly allows it.
9. Updates and disclaimer
We may issue updates for security, compatibility and functionality. To the extent permitted by law, OLO Dialer is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, universal device compatibility, perfect caller matching, recording availability or that manufacturer background restrictions will never delay a notification or popup.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OLO India will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from missed calls, lost leads, unavailable recordings, telecom charges, device restrictions or loss of locally stored data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using OLO Dialer at any time. We may restrict access to online services, if any, for unlawful use, security threats or material violation of these terms. Removing local app data is explained on the Data Deletion page.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Any mandatory consumer forum or statutory remedy remains available.
13. Changes
We may update these terms as the product or law changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
