Delete OLO Dialer Data

The current version does not create an OLO online account. Most OLO data is stored locally on your Android device and can be removed using the steps below.

Before you delete

Deletion may be permanent. If you may need your lead records later, first create an encrypted backup in OLO Dialer → Settings → Data Safety. Keep the password safe because OLO India cannot recover it.

Delete an individual CRM item

  1. Open the relevant contact or lead inside OLO Dialer.
  2. Remove its remembered name, notes, tags, reminder or stage using the visible edit controls.
  3. Confirm the change. Android Contacts and Call Logs are system-owned and are not removed by deleting an OLO CRM entry.

Delete all OLO Dialer app data

  1. Open Android Settings.
  2. Go to Apps → OLO Dialer → Storage (wording varies by phone).
  3. Tap Clear storage or Clear data and confirm. Alternatively, uninstall OLO Dialer.

This removes OLO's private local database, remembered names and app preferences from that device. It does not automatically remove Android Contacts, carrier call records, system Call Logs, files stored outside OLO's private storage, or backups you saved elsewhere.

Disconnect recording-folder access

Open OLO Dialer Settings → Recording Folder and disconnect or change the selected folder. You may also remove OLO Dialer's file access through Android Settings where supported. Disconnecting access does not delete audio files created by your Phone app. Delete those files through the device's file manager or Phone app if you intend to remove them.

Delete exported backup files

Encrypted OLO backups are stored wherever you selected—such as device storage or a third-party cloud drive. Delete each file from that location and empty its trash/recycle bin if applicable. OLO India cannot access or remotely delete a backup stored in your account or device.

Request deletion of support communications

If you previously emailed OLO support, you may request deletion of support messages that we control by emailing pk.slowk@gmail.com with subject “OLO Dialer support data deletion request”. Send the request from the same email address used for support so we can verify it. We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or dispute resolution.

Online account deletion

As of 18 August 2026, OLO Dialer does not provide an OLO cloud account, so there is no server account to delete. If a future version introduces account creation, this page and the app will provide a clear account-deletion process covering the account and associated server data.
